# Game Rules & Terms
### 1. Game description
STARZPLAY Fantasy Sports is a Free-To-Play fantasy football game where players can compete in Arenas to earn points that will lead towards winning prizes. \
\
Each user that accurately predicts the outcome of the match within our game will earn points. Players can also use NFT Cards to earn extra points, depending on how the Cards perform during the game. The accumulation of these points combined will determine their place on our leaderboard. The top players on the leaderboard will win STARZ$, the in-game currency with which a user will be able to redeem it for NFTs, gift cards or even merchandising.
### 2. Winners’ selection
#### 2.1. Exclusion & Fraud
STARZPLAY FANTASY SPORTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXCLUDE ANY PARTICIPANT WHO DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE RULES OR WHOSE BEHAVIOUR COULD BE CONSIDERED FRAUDULENT.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY ANY WINNER WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE TOURNAMENT, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
#### 2.2. Challenges
Challenges can be viewed on the user's profile page. There are five different challenges to complete, each with their own tasks.

### 3. Prizes
#### 3.1. STARZ$ Distribution
There are two types of Arenas in which a user can play in STARZPLAY Fantasy Sports, the **Common Arenas** and the S**ponsored Arenas**.
Both of them, **Common Arenas** and **Sponsored Arenas** distribute STARZ$ depending on the Player’s position on the Leaderboard and will be awarded automatically.
The distribution model grants 30% of the initial prize to the top user on the leaderboard, while the users in second place and subsequent positions will receive 30% of the remaining prize after deducting the portion of the users better ranked in the leaderboard.
When the prize for the next user is less than 10 STARZ$, it won´t be distributed and the remaining prize will be added back to the top user prize. The top ranked user will receive any amount that remains after the initial distribution is completed.
To understand it better, we add below some tables explaining the prizes for each of the positions on the leaderboard
The distribution for a **Common Arena** is:

Due to the conditions of the match and the teams that face each other, **Sponsored Arenas** generate more interest in football ecosystem and have been sponsored by a brand, which allows us to increase the prize distributed in them. The distribution for a **Sponsored Arena** is:

**3.2 Prizes Expiration**\
\
Prizes that need to be claimed will remain on the user’s account for 30 days, after which they will expire and cannot be claimed.
**3.3 Special Prizes** \
\
In special events in the football ecosystem, special prizes of greater economic value will be distributed. In these cases, the final prize will be distributed in the in-game currency, the STARZ$.
### 4. Announcing The Winners
Prize winners can be found in Arena´s section or on the “Leaderboard” section of our website, along with the prizes they have won. Leaderboards can be filtered by Month, Round or Season.
